Refund/Cancellation policy
Mdrop Digital Store is sure that you will love your products from Indology and treasure for years to come. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply call us for a returns number, complete the returns form enclosed with your goods and send them back for a refund or replacement. All items come with a 5 days Return Policy, starting on the day you receive your product.
Important
Products tags must not be removed and the second partition on the earrings packaging must not be opened. All original packaging and the authenticity certificate must be included with the return. Please note: If products tags are removed and the second partition on product packaging is opened the items will be non-returnable.
How to Return
Step 1- Mdrop Digital Store within 5 days to receive your Sales Return Back.
Step 2- On receiving the back, please call us to generate a Return Request Number.
Step 3- Fill in the Returns Form and the Return Authorization Form.
